摘要: Most processes of human body, such as brain function, are regulated by biological rhythms. Disturbance rhythms impairs mood, behavior, cognition, sleep, and social activity may lead to mental disorders. Disturbed widely observable in patients with major depressive disorders (MDD) make risk onset, comorbidity, response antidepressants, recurrence, complications physical health. Therefore, it is crucial assess manage focus on for MDD. There several validated ways assessing the rhythms, including 24 h fluctuations cortisol or melatonin, sleep monitoring, actigraphy, self-report scales. Chronotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal rhythm deprivation, bright light therapy was reported treatment Monoamine antidepressants lithium attributed regulation rhythm. And some rhythm-regulated agents have been shown efficacy antidepressant. Considering clinical significance disturbed MDD, we describe mechanisms, features, measurements, treatments
