摘要: Abstract We have reevaluated the in vivo lifespan of B lymphocytes based on incorporation thymidine analogue 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine into DNA dividing cells. To exclude potential alterations turnover B-lineage cells due to bromodeoxyuridine incorporation, we performed pulse-chase experiments comparing appearance and disappearance bromodeoxyuridine-labeled over long periods time. The data consistently show that more than two-thirds splenic adult (greater 2 months old) mice a lifetime several weeks or months, whereas rapid takes place young (4 week mice. Thus, peripheral B-cell pool is only slowly renewed after it has been initially built up early life.
