摘要: Abstract Plate- and direct-counts of bacteria as well hyphal length were determined in fields applied annually for 10 years with definite amounts artificial compost made from rice straw. The succession microbial groups was observed after application the compost. direct-count increased immediately reached its highest level just October. plate-counts on conventional media such albumen nutrient broth agars fluctuated a similar manner to direct-count. However, 10- or 100-fold diluted agar different manner: they began increase April attained maximum June. March. These successions are assessed relation decomposition process soil importance oligotrophs, which can grow only under poor conditions, is noted.
