摘要: Abstract Comparison of microbial properties were made between soils amended with chemical fertilizer (CF-soil) and CF farmyard manure (FYM: CF + FYM-soil) for more than 10 years in an attempt to elucidate microbiological characteristics the soil repeated application FYM. The numbers total bacteria not significantly different CF- CF + FYM-soils, while those culturable two six times higher CF + FYM-soil CF-soil. Microbial community structure on a broad scale was estimated by molecular methods: %G + C profiles DNA sequencing 16S rDNA clones. There shift toward greater proportion classes CF + FYM-soil. clone library obtained from phylogenetic analysis 77 clones made. While CF-soil dominated alpha-, gamma- beta- proteobacteria (36, 28 10%, respectively), alpha- , Actinobacteria Acidobacterium (26, 21, 13 11%, respectively). Phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) showed seasonal variation structure, but clearly differentiated These results suggested that developed Carbon utilization using Biolog GN plates had ability substrates, especially l -proline phenyl ethylamine, α-cyclodextrin, cellobiose d -serine. specific FYM is discussed combination methods.
