摘要: The community of culturable cellulolytic bacteria was analyzed in two long-term experimental field sites on Albic Luvisol (silty sand) and Haplic Phaeozem (loam), with without farmyard manure treatment. Against the backdrop significant differences soil properties, bacterial structure differed clearly between affected by application as T-RFLP 16S rDNA. population densities were significantly increased Phaeozem. Cellulose decomposing potentials 537 isolates tested soluble, colloidal, crystalline cellulose. results showed some evidence a greater proportion high decomposition activity Luvisol, but no impact from could be observed both soils. Restriction analysis sequencing rDNA revealed rather simple composition that dominated Streptomyces (67%). RFLP groups application, which most evident whereas an effect type not found. Although abundant assigned to phylogenetically different classes (Actinobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria), consistently differentiated. All all, capabilities highly variable did map phylogenetic affiliation.
