摘要: Abstract The concentration of progesterone in systemic plasma female rats was proportional to the amount copulatory stimulation they received when were heat. Within 6 hr after mating, females receiving more than 9 intromissions (High Intromission Group) had significantly higher quantities this hormone their blood did no (Control Group). Females High Group showed steadily increasing concentrations over four days following while a small number (Low or not show increase. In addition progesterone, rat is known secrete second, weaker, gestational hormone: 20α-OH-pregn-4-ene-3-one. On fourth day ratio 20α-OH-pregn-4-ene-3-one 1.10 compared 0.43 for Low and 0.21 Control Group. Thus, sufficient from male rat's initiates neuro-endocrine reflex female; result an elevated soon coitus, followed by maintained secretion characteristic pregnancy.
