摘要: This article contributes to the debate on governance of emerging technologies, focusing in particular international level and taking into account fact that these technologies are developed through a common effort different stakeholders including governments, research communities, industry civil society actors. These issues explored from perspective communitarian ethical criticism liberal social contract thinking, order enhance visibility influence collective non-state actors exercise development technologies.
