From the Ethics of Technology Towards an Ethics of Knowledge Policy & Knowledge Assessment

摘要: This working document of the services European Commission which Dr. Rene von Schomberg is author, reflects upon difficulties developing ethical frameworks for (new) technologies in context an ethics responsibility.
