摘要: The composition of the essential oils fruits from Feijoa sellowiana grown in district Acerra is compared with those collected unpolluted sites. Essential F. were analysed by GC/MS. Sixty compounds, representing 96.6% and 97.8% (unpolluted site site, respectively) oils, identified. major constituents β-caryophyllene (12.4% 16.8%), ledene (9.6% 11.1%), α-humulene (6.3% 8.2%), β-elemene (4.9% 5.3%) δ-cadinene (4.7% 5.2%) control respectively. antioxidant components increased response to polluted condition. acetonic extracts both sites purified obtain flavone, compound responsible for antitumoral activity. amount flavone was higher than site. Measuring amounts these metabolites could represent a new methodology monitoring air pollution.
