摘要: Human repeated insult patch testing with an experimental pump spray antiperspirant formulation elicited sensitization reactions in two separate groups of panelists. After several rechallenges variations the formula components, isostearyl alcohol at 5% concentration product emerged as causative agent both groups. Due to high content antiperspirant, control was done 100% ethanol, which served vehicle for alone. All were negative. Six out 148 participants first group and one 60 second exhibited responses alcohol.
