摘要: In order to analyse the residual stresses in large grained materials, single crystal anisotropy has be considered calculating from experimental strain data. Therefore an evaluation of crystallite under study is necessary. The procedure for establishing orientation matrix two observed reflections described. Using a four-circle-diffractometer knowledge then allows calculation diffractometer setting every given reflection (hkl). So this method well suited automized measuring routine which gives tensor based on experimentally determined diffraction angles 2θ several individual grain. For refinement components least-squares used. stress referred axes system calculated using elastic constants. To compare states different crystallites, their tensors have transformed into common reference system.
