摘要: Chromate anion (CrO2−4) has been determined by capillary zone electrophoresis with on-column UV detection at 273 nm using a negative power supply. A fused-silica (53 cm × 0.05 mm I.D.) was employed and high voltage of 20 kV applied. The addition cationic surfactant, tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB) in the buffer solution reverses direction electroosmotic flow (EOF) capillary, so that EOF augments mobility anion. This results an exceedingly short analysis time under 2 min. From migration data, mobility, electrophoretic micelle apparent chromate ion micellar were as function concentration TTAB. Linear calibration for established over range 25–300 pg limit 1.2 pg/nl 0.01 M carbonate 5 mM TTAB (pH 10). The method applied to determination rinse water from chromium plating baths.
