摘要: In general, rodents prefer both sucrose and L-serine relative to water treat compounds as possessing a similar taste quality (e.g. ‘sweetness’) despite that they are believed bind with different T1R heterodimeric receptors in bud cells. We assessed the affective potency of these along glycine, which is thought receptor complexes, using brief-access test gustometer. Unconditioned licking responses two ‘taster’ strains (C57BL/6J SWR/J), display high preference for low concentrations sucrose, ‘non-taster’ (129P3/J DBA/2J) strains, blunted were measured during 5 s trials varying single compound when mice (n = 10/strain/stimulus) non-deprived access home-cage was restricted. mice, generated monotonically increasing concentration–response curves regardless strain, whereas glycine only marginally effective at stimulating produced relatively flat functions. The profile responsiveness across more complex than expected. For example, tested nondeprived condition, 129P3/J non-taster strain surpassed taster mid-range concentrations. Under water-restricted conditions, also significantly responsive compared other stimulus standardized water. Thus, stimuli here seems be related ability T1R2+3 complex. However, tastants does not appear simply explained by sweetener status strain.
