摘要: Nowadays, complaints about poor indoor air quality have become common. The variety of health problems include chronic fatigue, allergy, skin and eye irritation, can be caused by several factors including fungi their metabolites present in a building. objective this study was to establish method for untargeted analysis secondary fungal environments. As detection technique, time-of-flight mass spectrometry chosen, as it provided accuracy higher sensitivity full scan acquisition mode compared tandem spectrometers. first applied cultures, namely Penicillium brevicompactum Chaetomium murorum, which were isolated from mouldy houses grown on building materials under laboratory conditions 7-21 days.
