摘要: Cell surface structures of two mouse ascites tumors were studied using lectins. The are sublines the spontaneous mammary adenocarcinoma TA3 in strain A, differing main characteristics. Subline TA3-St grows only syngeneic mice and has high expression H-2 antigens. TA3-Ha, contrast, proliferates all strains, low amounts exposed Concanavalin A (Con A), phytohemagglutinin (PHA) Helix pomatia anti hemagglutinin (HP) used agglutination tests, binding experiments with 125I-labelled lectins also fluorescence studies FITC-labelled Con PHA agglutinated cells but not TA3-Ha cells.
