摘要: In outdoor tanks enclosed monocultures of Thalassiosira rotula showed partly synchronized cell divisions during exponential growth. The changes in division activity a characteristic frequency, which also could be found for length (pervalvar axis) and assimilation rate as well concentration dissolved free amino acids (DFAA) ammonia. Excretion DFAA occurred preferentially periods reduced activity, when was at higher level. ammonia decreased these periods. rates per hour parameters significant multiple correlations. release six individual (ala, β-ala, gly, lys, orn ser) seemed to controlled by the physiological status diatoms. These amounted portion about 70–80% total DFAA. Uptake nitrogen were same range with maxima 350 ng dm-3 h-1 litre. dynamics pointed strong fluxes organic bound marine micro-heterotrophs.
