Momentum space folding model for heavy ion scattering (I). General formalism and real potential

摘要: Abstract A model is developed in which the complex optical potential for heavy ion scattering can be expressed as a folding integral over reaction matrix elements bound nucleons momentum space. For nuclei Thomas-Fermi employed local density approximation. heuristic prescription given so that Pauli principle fulfilled overlap region. With help of theorem, it shown imaginary depends essentially on distributions fragments and total cross sections nucleons. real part nucleon-nucleon interaction treated Scott-Moszkowski separation method. The excitation functions 16 O- O 12 C- C are calculated. Finally both radial shapes energy dependence discussed.
