ALG3 contributes to the malignant properties of OSCC cells by regulating CDK-Cyclin pathway.

摘要: In this study, we planned to investigate the function and potential mechanisms of Alpha-1,3-mannosyltransferase (ALG3) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Data from TCGA were used analyze ALG3 expression its effect on prognosis patients with OSCC. KEGG enrichment analysis was applied explore pathways related ALG3. measured by qPCR Western blot. Cell counting kit-8, colony formation, transwell assays implemented detect effects malignant biological properties OSCC cells. The key proteins CDK-Cyclin pathway detected samples higher than that control samples, increase unfavorable patients. Additionally, elevated associated pathological stage, lymph node metastasis, primary lesion depletion blocked growth movement cells, while over-expression reversed these phenomena. Moreover, exhaustion resulted decreased MCM7/CCNB2/CDK1/PCNA, phenomena inversed after up-regulation. enhancement promoted aggressive behaviors cells probably promoting pathway.
