摘要: The importance of epigenetic genome modifications for mammalian development is well established. In general, it appears to be useful any multicellular organism convey a common phenotype population descendants single progenitor cell, and thus establish collective clonally related cells. One the most powerful mechanisms achieve this by heritable chromosomes that are introduced into genome, stable thereafter, potentially many cell generations.
