Social Phobia Is Associated with Delayed Onset of Chickenpox, Measles, and Mumps Infections.

摘要: Objective: Evidence showing that infectious diseases in childhood play an important role the etiopathogenesis of neurodevelopmental and other mental disorders is growing. The aim this study was to explore timing common early-onset anxiety disorders. Materials Methods: We analyzed data from PsyCoLaus, a large Swiss Population Cohort Study (N=3720). In study, we regressed overanxious disorder, separation social phobia specific phobias on age onset several diseases, always adjusting for listed above sex. Results: viral (chickenpox, measles mumps) consistently delayed phobia, notably both men women. found no evidence reversed sequence symptoms before infections included. Conclusions: Social only early disorder show association with diseases.
