摘要: In many countries, measles surveillance relies heavily on the use of a standard clinical case definition; however, signs and symptoms are similar to those dengue. For example, during 1985, in Puerto Rico, 22 (23%) 94 cases illnesses with rashes that met definition were serologically confirmed as measles, but 32 (34%) others Retrospective analysis at San Juan Laboratories Centers for Disease Control showed also least 28% all laboratory-confirmed dengue Rico 1985 definition.
