摘要: Abstract Evolutionary theory suggests that mating systems should have substantial effects on gene dynamics of local populations. In polygynous species, ‘breeding groups’ may produce significant genetic structure, due to differences among groups, and rate loss variation from such populations be considerably slowed. We examined possible influences the variable system family group structure properties a population plateau pikas (Ochotona curzoniae). Pika were via F-statistics effective sizes (Ne), calculated correlations within individuals families. Genetic estimated patterns, demography, dispersal patterns. Substantial was indicated by strongly positive FLS. influence natal out pika families negative inbreeding statistic (FIL=−0.34). Effective size not greatly different census population, whereas traditional estimate much lower, indicating results in slowed over time. Thus, even though patterns variable, had strong dynamics.
