摘要: Lecithin-based nanoemulsions are colloidal drug delivery systems which offer fundamental advantages in topical therapy, such as excellent skin permeation of lipophilic drugs; however, their physicochemical long-term stability is usually rather poor without the use additional synthetic surfactants polysorbates. In a novel approach negatively and positively charged formulations were developed conventional surfactants. Natural substances sucrose esters different cyclodextrins additionally used stabilising agents. Emphasis was laid on optimisation homogenisation process formulation properties. The optimised tested for potential progesterone. Furthermore, crucial parameters particle size zeta monitored more than year. this context, effect natural excipients stearate α, β γ vitro investigated; influence positive surface charge induced by incorporation cationic phytosphingosine evaluated well. results showed that particular seemed to induce changes microstructure confirmed cryo TEM, thus leading remarkably increased rates progesterone compared control.
