摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the experimental approaches to antifungal chemotherapy. Fungal diseases in general occur all parts of world and affect ages, though a number particular species are restricted geographically their incidence. It goes without saying that systemic fungal infection will require treatment. When however fungus is confined skin or mucosal membranes, then possibility exists applying topical treatment affected area, alternatively treating systemically, getting parasite from “behind.” With patient may feel he doing something positive by medication lesion whereas an oral give feeling irrelevance. On other hand there would seem little point messy already if alternative were available.
