摘要: Malignant transformation of normal cells to cancer represents an enigmatic phenomenon because the many ambiguous controversies embodied within most its aspects. Within a clinical context, cancer, with very few exceptions, is dreadful disease that ends lethally. biological however, peculiar biosystem has own rules regulate actions/interactions/structure and behavior components. Unfortunately, majority these are, still, unknown. The current disappointing situation as regards research trials aiming at constructing effective treatments for might be attributed, in part, incomplete recognition significant differences between two contexts malignant transformation. Although characteristics self-dependent are well studied defined, basic dilemma continues exist: we know, largely, how things happen but do not any extent, why they happen. Though logic motivates researches formulating genetic therapies quite reasonable, primarily alteration, lack essential knowledge regarding different aspects this alteration adjourn successful radical cure cancer. Till comprehensive disclosure underlying mechanisms regulating growth/progression/metastasis survival attained, based on strategic concepts, viz. proteomic rather than therapies, might, hopefully, best approaches available fight against coming era.
