摘要: The complex 3d and 4d X-ray photoelectron spectra of CeO2 arc re-interpreted with the aid multiple scattering Xα intermediate coupling calculations. Features in spectrum are identified Ce 3d94f0, 3d94f1VB−1, 3d95p5np final-state configurations. Multiplet 3d94f1 system is found to be significant.
