摘要: We aimed to describe 3D scapular kinematics and scapulohumeral rhythm (SHR) in glenohumeral (GH) osteoarthritis shoulders compared unaffected compare the abnormal kinematic schema for GH with that frozen shoulder. Thirty-two patients stiff shoulder (16 16 shoulder) performed maximal arm elevation two planes, sagittal frontal. Scapular rotations humeral of affected were measured by Polhemus Fastrak electromagnetic system. Patients older, had longer disease duration (p<0.001) less restricted frontal plane (p=0.01). Protraction was significantly lower except group. Furthermore, protraction than during plane. lateral rotation SHR higher both groups whatever elevation. showed a fair moderate negative correlation appears be osteoarthritis. In addition, only tilt did not differ between sides influenced type disease. conclusion, increased described is also observed inversely related severity limitation range motion, which suggests compensatory pattern.
