摘要: Advances in the study of brain development over last decades, especially recent findings regarding evolutionary expansion human neocortex, and large-scale analyses proteome/transcriptome brain, have offered novel insights into molecular mechanisms guiding neural maturation, pathophysiology multiple forms neurological disorders. As a preamble to reviews this issue, we provide an overview cellular, genetic bases with emphasis on major associated landmarks normal embryonic stage early postnatal life, including stem/progenitor cell proliferation, cortical neuronal migration, evolution folding cerebral cortex, synaptogenesis circuit development, gliogenesis myelination. We will only briefly depict developmental disorders that result from perturbations these cellular or mechanisms, most common perinatal injuries could disturb development.
