摘要: Abstract The reduction of aldehyde oxidase (EC 1.2.3.1) by the substrate N1-methylnicotinamide under anaerobic conditions is a biphasic reaction. In present work we evidence that this behavior due to presence, in standard preparations, active and inactive enzyme, former being responsible for fast reaction differing from latter presence persulfide group. It also demonstrated earlier reported inactivation enzyme cyanide cyanolysis
