摘要: The characteristic magnetic phenomena of ultrathin films are attributed to their reduced dimensionality and increased importance the interfacial properties originated at boundaries. loss nearest neighbor interactions interfaces, band hybridization, expansion or contraction atomic spacing occur, resulting in local changes energy structure. Recent technical developments make it now possible grow a strictly layer‐by‐layer mode produce large areas flat surfaces. Nevertheless, small structural perturbations configuration can still exist result significant global properties. Conversion Electron Mossbauer Spectroscopy (CEMS) determines hyperfine interaction parameters which sensitive arrangement scale. In particular, depth selectivity monolayer level has been achieved Fe with one layer replaced by isotope 57Fe.
