摘要: Abstract The functionality and reliability of coated devices are strongly related to residual stresses coatings. major problem in thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) applied gas turbine components is the failure by spallation ceramic coating under cycling processes. In order prevent improve thermo-mechanical behaviour TBC interfacial system should be reduced. To overcome this it desirable introduce a graded layer between metallic bond coat zirconia top coating. Therefore, detailed study optimisation gradient profile necessary respect stress relief. paper numerical model distribution within multilayered which consists functionally material (FGM) presented. structure made layer, where them there an interlayer composite metal (NiCr-alloy) (ZrO 2 Y O 3 ). effects on elastic properties alloy substrate, thickness porosity were analysed for case fully using linear compositional FGM. This will provide some insights regarding development methodology designing fail-safe systems used high temperature applications.
