摘要: The effect of recombinant murine interferon-gamma on the growth Chlamydia trachomatis was analyzed in a mouse fibroblast cell line (McCoy cells). Murine had very potent anti-chlamydial activity, although minimally affecting cellular proliferation. Over 95% inhibition chlamydial inclusions obtained at concentration 1 U/ml interferon. At interferon-gamma, there minimal proliferative capacity McCoy cells. Approximately 50% with 10 Varying concentrations tryptophan medium did not alter either or anti-proliferative activity
