摘要: In this paper we introduce a Monte Carlo method for numerical analysis of the problem tracer diffusion in presence isolated grain boundaries with variable mesh direction perpendicular to boundary plane. A number isoconcentration contour profiles were studied. Two different expressions angle between contours and derived instantaneous source following procedures analogous Fisher’s Whipple’s approximations constant source. Comparison data was made. Both these overestimate diffusivity.
