摘要: A computer-oriented Monte Carlo approach is used to generate solutions the problem of simultaneous diffusion particles along grain boundaries and in bulk for polycrystalline materials. The calculation technique also utilizes a random array grains through which diffuse. This has been calculate diffusional profiles range sizes relative mobilities. It found that exponential dependence concentration on penetration depth, long characterized as being approximately equal 1 diffusion, function mobilities material versus bulk.
