摘要: Abstract A Bayard-Alpert ionization gauge with end-caps on the grid has been found by many workers to have a higher sensitivity than one an open-ended grid. Since assumption of nearly 100 per cent collection efficiency is reasonable for closed gauge, simulation open carried out determine if this explains effect satisfactorily. It was that loss not having could be only partially explained in way.
