摘要: Abstract Waterborne polyurethane (WBU) dispersions synthesized from poly(propylene glycol) (PPG), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) with catalysts of different selectivity were prepared via by the conventional prepolymer isocyanate process. Two types chain extenders were used, ethylene glycol (EG) propylene (PG), producing polyurethanes. The neutralized addition triethylamine. thermal stability materials, obtained as cast films aqueous was evaluated thermogravimetry (TG). It observed that initial degradation temperatures above 140 °C, two-step profiles. use a more selective catalyst in formulations led to materials higher stability. DTG curves exhibited stages not perceptible weight loss, which mainly influenced differences formulations. Thermal decomposition polyurethanes followed TG coupled FTIR spectroscopy.
