摘要: In this study, water-borne polyurethane resins were produced using poly(propylene-ethylene) copolymer triol, toluene diisocyanate, and hydrophilic monomers, dimethylol propionic acid tartaric acid. The monomers used separately. either case, the ratio of isocyanate functional groups to sum hydroxyl polyol monomer was kept constant. increase in amount increased hardness when as varnish. Tartaric resulted higher than dispersions made by had much larger particle sizes those another set experiments, samples carrying optimum properties from two sets mixed with methylol urea that served crosslinker baking step. physical mechanical determined changing weight percentages types mixture, percentage mixture which exhibited maximum hardness. All showed superior impact resistance, adhesion, flexibility. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 80: 604–612,
