摘要: Nuclear power reactors have a large inventory of radionuclides generated from fission uranium and plutonium. Radioiodines other products are held within the metal cladding fuel rods. An accident destroying integrity this containment will release these into atmosphere as gases, aerosols, or particulates. In forms, their environmental dispersion is erratic inhomogeneous, depending largely on meteorologic conditions.
