摘要: Papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is increasing in incidence. Fine needle aspiration the gold standard for diagnosis, but results can be indeterminate. Identifying tissue and serum biomarkers, like microRNA, therefore desirable. We sought to identify miRNA that differentially expressed of patients with PTC. Serum was quantified 31 female thyroidectomy patients: 13 benign disease 18 qPCR were compared significant fold-changes 175 miRNAs, against a pooled control. 128 qualified analysis. There identifiable levels between control, PTC statistically fold changes level four miRNAs PTC: hsa-miR-146a-5p hsa-miR-199b-3p down-regulated, while hsa-let7b-5p hsa-miR-10a-5p up-regulated. MicroRNA has potential aid diagnosis.
