摘要: Aims Angiogenesis from thyroid cancer cell plays the important roles in post-surgical persistent, recurrent, and metastatic papillary (PTC). This study is to investigate expression of angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1), angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2), Tek/Tie-2 receptor, vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF) normal, benign tissues different stage PTC. We expect angiogenetic are presentation local-regional neck or distant metastases PTC. Materials Results A total 101 subjects underwent thyroidectomy were enrolled study. There 22 control 79 patients TNM stagings collected. Ang-1 illustrated highest mean immunostaining score group. Comparing with normal tissues, significantly high three Tie-2 receptor. Of PTC, receptor recurrent cases. VEGF showed statistical difference disease-free mortality, groups. Conclusions Immunochemical staining VEGF, Ang-1, Ang-2 PTC related clinical staging; however, we need more information concerning these long-term follow-up results. J. Surg.
