摘要: Context: Tetraiodothyroacetic acid (tetrac) blocks angiogenic and tumor cell proliferation actions of thyroid hormone initiated at the surface receptor on integrin αvβ3. Tetrac also inhibits angiogenesis by vascular endothelial growth factor basic fibroblast factor. Objective: We tested antiangiogenic antiproliferative efficacy tetrac nanoparticles (tetrac NP) against human medullary carcinoma (h-MTC) implants in chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) h-MTC xenografts nude mouse.
