摘要: At thyroid hormone response elements on specific genes, complexes of nuclear receptors (TRs) and 3,5,3'-triiodo-L-thyronine (T(3)), coactivator or corepressor nucleoproteins, histone acetylases deacetylases mediate genomic effects the hormone. Nongenomic are those whose initiation does not primarily depend upon formation TR-T(3) complex. Among nongenomic a set actions initiated at cell surface receptor integrin αvβ3 that relevant to a) intracellular trafficking proteins, including TRβ1, b) serine phosphorylation acetylation this receptor, c) assembly within nucleus coactivators corepressor, d) transcription for TRβ1.
