摘要: We have investigated the effect of age and presence proinflammatory cytokines on Hsp 70 production in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, using flow cytometry. Twenty-seven women 23 men, all apparently healthy, participated study. At 37°C, percentage 70-producing monocytes lymphocytes, as well level monocytes, were negatively influenced by age. After exposure cells to 42°C, increase was more pronounced than lymphocytes; both intensity subjects, for lymphocytes. There a negative correlation between exposed 42°C serum levels tumor necrosis factor-α interleukin-6. In conclusion, heat-induced is reduced with increasing cytokines.
