摘要: Fungi are import organisms in tropical ecosystems. However, there is little information about their community structure and dynamics these environments. This study aimed to evaluate the presence of indicator species epigeous Gasteromycetes distinct ecosystems (lowland rain forest, Araucaria semideciduous forest) Atlantic Forest southern Brazil. Samplings were carried out during summer autumn 2014 2015 involving ten transects (50 × 4 m). Forty-seven identified, which 48% belong Geastrum. An ANOVA showed a significant difference diversity gasteroid fungi among forest types two evaluated seasons. ordination nonparametric analysis assess composition revealed stress value 0.12. In total, 13 classified as by an IndVal analysis. Our results reject our hypothesis, we infer, that greater would be areas lowland forest. In this sense, leading us rethinking techniques new approaches for ecological studies underscores importance understanding relationships fungal communities
