摘要: The poroid fungi are macroscopic whose fertile surface is usually poroid. Most of them saprobes on dead wood and play fundamental role in nutrient cycling, mostly releasing carbon removed from the atmosphere by autotrophic organisms. Despite their importance, little known about factors affecting polypore occurrence Neotropics. In this study, it was tested what abiotic and/or biotic conditions shapes distinct communities Atlantic Rain Forest Northeast Brazil comparing (1) composition species between coastal montane forest dry rainy season; (2) similarities among areas against distance, (3) abundance logs different sizes decay stages. One hundred ten transects (sampling units) were visited 2008 to 2014, resulting 138 fungi, 80 % infrequent occurrence. According Analysis Similarity PERMANOVA, fungal did not form groups relation type or season, but each other variation can be partially explained distance when using linear regression. more frequently recorded stage 1 2 size had little, if none, effect Thus, we suggest protection every fragment any that should a order protect diversity.
