摘要: As part of a project to study different methods for the disinfection effluent water, inactivation microorganisms (Escherichia coli, Deinococcus radiodurans and spores Bacillus subtilis) using combination photosensitizer (Rose Bengal) with simulated sunlight oxygen was determined under various environmental conditions (temperature, pH index). In parallel, singlet-oxygen (1O2) production also measured same conditions. Whereas vegetative cells could be inactivated much more efficiently at increased temperature altered index pH, 1O2 remained essentially these alterations. Additionally, relations among sensitivities cell types killed by our photodynamic treatments (PDT) were opposite those found after exposure ionizing radiation. The results experiments do not reflect cells' capacity repair DNA strand breaks. Spores B. subtilis, as nonvegetative system, illuminations up 100 J cm-2. Together, findings indicate that is primary target, which leads killing test organisms. Instead, cellular envelope appears component being assaulted PDT.
