摘要: Depletion of monocytes from peripheral blood mononuclear cells patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) resulted in a decreased anti-DNA antibody synthesis vitro. The addition restored the response by lymphocytes and maximum presence 2.5-8% monocytes, whereas greater than 15% caused rather responses. In order to further evaluate role on an synthesis, we designated accessory cell index, based reconstitution experiments using isologous SLE lymphocytes, compared it active or inactive controls. studies revealed that enhanced spontaneously occurring lymphocytes. These results indicate actively participate autoantibody humans.
