摘要: Ventricular septal defect (VSD) can be associated with various complications such as aortic regurgitation (AR). AR in VSD come from a deficiency or hypoplasia of the conal septum which leads to abnormal apposition diastole and prolapse poorly supported noncoronary right coronary cusp through into ventricle resembling subpulmonic stenosis subsequently results distortion valve progressive AR. often increases severity age it indicates worse prognosis. Therefore, appropriate timing surgical repair might important. Until now, many earlier experiences about complicating were on adolescents young adults. We reported case 48-year-old male patient subarterial type was properly assessed by echocardiography successfully treated repair. Right should suspected proper echocardiographic assessment distorted considered old patient, well young.
