摘要: Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is classified as an intermediary mechanism of disease (16), and defined acute, transient occurring in blood flow throughout the vascular tree, potentially obstructing microcirculation. It may or not result accumulation fibrin, but does involve transformation fibrinogen into fibrin. includes agglutination platelets red cells, sticking leucocytes (11). The DIC syndrome has been described detail by McKAY (16) HARDAWAY There are recent reviews DEYKIN (4), BLAISDELL LEWIS (1), CASH (2), others. association between trauma known, relation to prognosis (22). However, so far cases head received scant attention. Only a few case reports short communications, one two more detailed studies found literature (3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, 21, 23, 24). Discussion with colleagues department general surgery about joint treatment polytraumatized patients headinjury aroused interest this condition. present study was undertaken determine if regularly occurs brain-injured patients, so, relationship can be established outcome therapeutic consequences drawn.
