摘要: Objective To investigate the image quality and radiation dose of combined coronary carotid/cerebrovascular angiography with ECG gating iterative reconstruction using 256-slice CT compared findings two examinations performed separately. Patients Methods One hundred sixty-five consecutive patients underwent a single-injection single-pass combination (group A), alone B), or C). We assessed separate calculated respective effective doses. evaluated differences in proportions grade between single-examination groups. Diagnostic performance scanning for detecting significant vascular stenosis has been reference digital subtraction (DSA) patient subgroup group A. Results There was no difference age, body mass index (BMI), gender distribution among 3 groups (all P > 0.05). But there scan length, DLP, P   0.05), while A significantly lower than that C (P   0.05). In 30 DSA, computed tomographic successfully detected 56 on per-segment basis, 62 carotid cerebral artery. The sensitivity, specificity, positive negative predictive value (NPV) were 91.80%, 95.60%, 87.50% 97.21%, respectively. NPV 93.55%, 94.68%, 92.06% 95.70%, respectively. Conclusion Combination scanner prospective produces diagnostic-quality images coronary, carotid, cerebrovascular systems single examination, less contrast medium when are separately. This novel technique high accuracy one setting.
